Entrees:

Lasagna:  $40 (serves 6)

Cheese Enchiladas: $500 (serves 50) (or Chicken for $2 more/person)

Hand rolled, with four cheeses, paper-thin onions,  and authentic red sauce. Served with our house recipe beans and rice.

Beef or Chicken Fajitas:    $550 (serves 50)

Grilled, marinated skirt steak or chicken breast with bell peppers, onions, and cilantro, with our house recipe beans and rice.

Chicken Breast with Bacon and Smoked Gouda:     $13 (per person)

Chicken Breast, stuffed with smoked gouda, wrapped in bacon, and baked until tender. Served with a tangy lemon pepper sauce.

Texas BBQ:    $16-$18 (per person)

Tender and juicy hickory and mesquite smoked brisket and sausage, potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw, pickles, onions, jalapenos, and bread.

Chicken Cacciatore:      $12 (per person)

Chicken breast, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic. Served with egg noodles.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin:   $14 (per person)

Stuffed with chicken, spinach, bread crumbs, and fresh herbs. Rolled tightly, and brushed lightly with turkey gravy, and moist, melted Mozzarella cheese.

Vanilla Marinated Pork Tenderloin:   $14 (per person)

Served with Dr Pepper braised mushrooms, onions, and bacon.

Prime Rib Carving Station:    $50 set up, (plus $13 per person)

 

Shallow Poached Salmon:    $12 (per person)

Atlantic salmon, shallow-poached in extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with fresh rosemary and lavender.

Chicken Pasta Salad:     $8 (per person)

Grilled marinated chicken breast, roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, black olives, tomatoes, and fresh basil tossed in a light vinaigrette with bow tie and angel hair pasta.

 

 

Dinner Salads: (side salads are ½ price)

Asian Chicken:  $10.95 (per person)

A delicious combination featuring julienne chicken breast served atop a bed of spinach and field greens, sprinkled generously with Chinese vegetables and almonds, and complimented by sesame soy vinaigrette or spicy peanut sauce.

Prickly Pear Chicken Caesar:     $11.95 (per person)

Fresh romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, and grated parmesan cheese served with creamy Prickly Pear Caesar dressing, and topped with tender strips of grilled chicken breast.

Seared Tuna:     $12.50 (per person)

A generous portion of fresh, seared tuna served on top of a lemon-basil marinated mixture of baby red potatoes, green beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and ripe olives on a bed of seasonal greens.

Apple Walnut:   $10.95 (per person)

Seasonal field greens, sliced apples, chopped toasted walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese served with a mustang  grape vinaigrette.

Basic Mixed Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette:                    $3 (per person)

Seasonal fresh fruits with blue, gruyere, chevre, pepper jack, swiss, and cheddar cheeses served with crostinis and lavender honey.

Buffalo Wings:       $10/pound (4 people/pound)

Mild, BBQ, Medium, or Hot.

Chips and Salsa:       $25 (serves 25)

Our famous freshly prepared garden salsa and golden corn tortilla chips.

Queso:      $50 (serves 25)

Swedish Meatballs:        $30 (serves 25)

Shrimp Cocktail:     $20 (per pound) (4 people/pound)

Assorted Creamy Quiches with Vegetables from the Gardens:  $18 each (serves 6-8)

Decadent, creamy quiche with your choice of ingredients.

Tea Sandwiches:     $80   (100 triangles)
